Requirements

  • Languages required: Fluent English and Arabic. Proficiency in additional languages relevant to regional markets is an asset.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading marketing initiatives within the financial services or brokerage industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and cross-cultural communication abilities.

Responsibilities & Duties


The RCMO will lead xChief’s regional marketing strategy, driving brand growth, partner engagement, and client acquisition across the MENA region. This role requires a visionary marketer with deep industry knowledge, creative leadership, and the ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Designing and executing regional marketing campaigns tailored to local market dynamics
  • Overseeing digital marketing, content creation, and brand positioning strategies
  • Collaborating with IB managers and sales teams to support partner marketing initiatives
  • Managing regional advertising budgets and optimizing ROI across channels
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in all marketing communications
  • Building strategic partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders
  • Reporting on campaign performance and adjusting strategies for continuous improvement
