Requirements
- Languages required: Fluent English and Arabic. Additional language skills relevant to regional markets are a plus.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in sales leadership within the financial services or brokerage industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management capabilities.
Responsibilities & Duties
The Head of Sales will lead xChief’s MENA sales strategy, overseeing regional teams and driving revenue growth through strategic partner and client acquisition. This role demands a results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of financial markets, sales operations, and performance optimization.
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies across regions
- Leading and mentoring regional sales teams to achieve performance targets
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding client and partner networks
- Collaborating with marketing, compliance, and product teams to align sales efforts
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing data-driven improvements to sales processes
- Managing high-level relationships with institutional clients and key partners
- Ensuring CRM accuracy and driving efficient sales pipeline management
- Representing xChief at industry events and strategic business forums
