Requirements

  • Languages required: Fluent English and Arabic. Additional language skills relevant to regional markets are a plus.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in sales leadership within the financial services or brokerage industry.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities & Duties


The Head of Sales will lead xChief’s MENA sales strategy, overseeing regional teams and driving revenue growth through strategic partner and client acquisition. This role demands a results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of financial markets, sales operations, and performance optimization.

  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies across regions
  • Leading and mentoring regional sales teams to achieve performance targets
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding client and partner networks
  • Collaborating with marketing, compliance, and product teams to align sales efforts
  • Monitoring KPIs and implementing data-driven improvements to sales processes
  • Managing high-level relationships with institutional clients and key partners
  • Ensuring CRM accuracy and driving efficient sales pipeline management
  • Representing xChief at industry events and strategic business forums
