xChief Ltd. (Reg.number HY00923433) is licensed by the Mwali International Services Authority as International Brokerage and Clearing House pursuant to International Companies Act 2006. The basic concept of the project is creation of a unique platform for online trading in currency contracts and precious metals on conditions of Margin Trading. The company provides services to a wide range of different customer types including retail, business to business, institutional investors, portfolio management, introducers and affiliates. We offer a vast amount of trading instruments, platforms and accounts, tailored to the individual needs of our clients.
Requirements
- Languages required: Fluent English and Turkish. Proficiency in additional languages, especially those relevant to Turkey financial markets, is a strong advantage.
- A University or College degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking in international brokerage environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multicultural settings.
Responsibilities & Duties
The ideal candidate will lead xChief’s Turkey Introducing Broker (IB) operations, bringing strategic direction to partner engagement and regional expansion. They should be results-driven, globally oriented, and experienced in building and managing diverse IB networks. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to enhance onboarding, compliance, and client satisfaction processes.
- Deep understanding of xChief’s product offerings and global and regional service ecosystem
- Overseeing acquisition, retention, and performance of IB partners worldwide
- Developing and executing regional strategies to grow IB channels
- Supporting compliance and regulatory adherence across jurisdictions
- Monitoring IB activities, providing feedback, and optimizing performance
- Acting as the key liaison between xChief and international partner networks
- Maintaining CRM data integrity and driving partner communications
- Upholding company values and promoting a collaborative culture across regions
