Requirements
- Languages required: Fluent English and Spanish or Portuguese. Additional language skills, particularly those relevant to LATAM financial markets, are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent professional background.
- Proven experience in strategic leadership within international financial services or brokerage firms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate multicultural environments effectively.
Responsibilities & Duties
The Country Manager will spearhead xChief’s operations and growth initiatives within the LATAM region, focusing on strategic development, partner relations, and market penetration. The role demands a proactive leader with a deep understanding of regional dynamics and a track record of driving business success through effective partner networks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of xChief’s trading services and global and regional infrastructure
- Leading the recruitment, development, and performance management of regional IB partners
- Crafting and implementing market-specific strategies to expand business reach
- Ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory frameworks
- Evaluating IB performance metrics and implementing continuous improvement plans
- Serving as the primary point of contact for regional partners and stakeholders
- Managing CRM systems to maintain accurate partner and client records
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence across all operations
