Requirements

  • Languages required: Fluent English and Arabic.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in account management or client support within the financial services or brokerage industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Duties


The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. This role requires a proactive approach to client support and a solid understanding of trading platforms and financial products.

  • Managing relationships with retail and institutional clients
  • Assisting clients with onboarding, platform usage, and trading inquiries
  • Providing timely and professional support via multiple communication channels
  • Promoting trading activity and client retention through personalized engagement
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service quality
  • Monitoring client activity and identifying growth opportunities
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting in CRM systems
