Terms and Conditions
- The No-Deposit Bonus can only be claimed through the xChief mobile app after successful KYC verification.
- Go to the "Bonuses and Credits" section in the xChief app, select "No-Deposit Bonus", and click "Get My Bonus" to claim it.
- The $100 bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal once the required trading turnover of 30 lots has been completed.
- Only trading volume generated on the following instruments is counted toward the turnover requirement: AUDCAD, AUDCHF, AUDJPY, AUDNZD, AUDUSD, CADCHF, CADJPY, CHFJPY, EURAUD, EURCAD, EURCHF, EURGBP, EURJPY, EURUSD, GBPAUD, GBPCAD, GBPCHF, GBPJPY, GBPUSD, NZDCAD, NZDCHF, NZDJPY, NZDUSD, USDCAD, USDCHF, USDJPY, USDSGD, XAUUSD (Gold), and XAGUSD (Silver).
- Trading volume is counted only for trades that meet the applicable “Position Duration” and “Minimum Trade Points” requirements. Full details for each instrument are available on the Contract Specifications page.
- The maximum amount available for withdrawal after completing the turnover requirement is $100. Upon the first $100 withdrawal, any remaining profit generated on the account will be deducted.
Examples:
A trader completes the required turnover by closing 30 lots of EURUSD and has an account balance of $250. The trader may withdraw $100, while the remaining $150 will be deducted from the account.
- The bonus is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited. If the required trading turnover is not completed within this period, the bonus and any related profits will be cancelled.
- Trading strategies designed solely to exploit the bonus or artificially meet the turnover requirements, including hedging for this purpose, are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any related profits may be cancelled, and the account may be restricted or blocked.
- The No-Deposit Bonus is not available to clients from the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Syria, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Yemen.
- Partners with Silver status or higher may offer an exclusive No-Deposit Bonus to their referrals worldwide, including in countries where the standard promotion is unavailable. The bonus amount may be increased to up to USD 500. To activate this option, please contact your personal manager.
- The No-Deposit Bonus may only be claimed once per client. Creating a new account or registration to claim the bonus again is strictly prohibited. The bonus may also be denied if it has already been claimed by a family member or closely associated person. The Company reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any profits generated from it in the event of suspected abuse or violation of the promotion terms.
